Built on the heights overlooking the pleasant town of Sainte Luce, this beautiful T4 villa enjoys an exceptional view between sea and mountain.
Its ideal location will allow you to enjoy the calm of a residential area while being 3 minutes from the main roads, the city center and its many restaurants, the southern beaches are only a few kilometers ...

The recent villa consists of 3 bedrooms including a master suite with TV and direct access to the swimming pool. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and an air conditioner.
The living room is equipped with a large TV offering Netflix programs, Orange TV and Canal Sat.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and wine cellar.
The large terrace has a dining area, a small outdoor lounge, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and toilet.
The 6x3m swimming pool works with salt.
