Amazing Views!!!

I recently stayed at a cabin in Pigeon Forge, and it was fantastic! The cabin was spotless and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and all the comforts of home. The highlight was the stunning panoramic view of the Smoky Mountains—it was absolutely breathtaking. Whether relaxing on the deck or in the hot tub, the scenery made the stay even more special. If you're looking for a clean, peaceful retreat with amazing views, this cabin is a perfect choice!

Perfect cabin for a family

The cabin was big enough for five people to comfortably relax for the week. The game room kept the kids entertained. The pool on. The property was very nice and everything was super clean. We would absolutely rent again if we ever come back to the Smoky Mountains… even if we did not have the kids with us.

Perfect for family new to the mountain

We love the scenic view and convenience driving to Gatlinburg. The Netflix streaming, arcade, and the other amenities are well fit the needs for family fun. It is quiet and safe.

Nice and clean home with great views, close to Pigeon Forge attractions/activities

We family of 4, wife and husband with 2 kids stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay. Few things to note… 1. Upstairs bathroom door lock was not working. 2. It’s hard to find where the lever is to turn the shower on in Downstairs bathroom.

The property was clean and had a wonderful view over looking the mountain. The cabin has everything.

Trip was wonderful. Cabin has all the amenities if you just want to hang out and enjoy the Mountain View. The cabin was conveniently located close to town. We were with in minutes of going to enjoy a show, playing mini-golf, racing go-carts, and any type of restaurant that you could dream to eat at. The cabin is also extremely close to Dollywood. We are actually able to see the fireworks being let off a t Dollywood from our cabin.

Wonderful place to stay

I would stay here again. Fantastic location. Bed felt great. There is a queen size bunk bed. I'd never seen one of those before. Good internet. The only negative is that the thermostat won't go below 69. It was cool while we were there so not a big deal but that could be an issue for me in the summer.

great property

This was a great property. Excellent location, clean, good access to cabin even without SUV. Play room was very much enjoyed by kids. The only things lacking in my stay were very few cooking pots and pans and the cable TV didn't work in the playroom which was not great for kids. Also, none of the TVs connected to the internet for netflix ect.

Great View!

We only had a one night stay but the cabin was clean we arrived! There were minor things that were needing some attention like the air hockey table, one of the pool sticks were broken, and the jacuzzi seems to leak to the porch below while running. To us this was just cosmetic issues and didn’t stop us for enjoying our stay. They view was truly the best part. It was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! If you are looking for a great view to sit and enjoy a cup of morning coffee I would highly recommend staying here. We will most definitely be looking to book with them again.

Great for kids

The amenities were great for our kids which is the reason I booked this cabin. There were lots of things for them to do. When we arrived, the first thing we noticed is that the previous guests had definitely smoked in the cabin. We smelled it the entire length of our stay, it was so strong. But I know that’s not typical and not the owners fault. The cabin felt like it needed some updates and a deep clean. There were just things that could have been better. They have updated the couch (I’ve read several reviews talking about the older couch). Overall the cabin served its purpose and our kids really enjoyed it.

Amazing views

The cabin was exactly what we needed. We just wish we didn’t have to go back to reality so soon. The views were breathtaking and we had ample space for our 5. The resort is conveniently located and the roads were well maintained. The kids loved the game room! We had a little trouble with the tv upstairs but it didn’t affect our stay. The cabin was extremely clean with all the extras we could need. If I had to say one improvement it would be that the air hockey table needed servicing so the air was more powerful but seriously didn’t stop my 5 year old from staying there the majority of the stay! Thank you for having us!

Got the job done

We needed a place for a family of 4 to stay close to Dollywood and the proximity and ease to the park was great. The views of LeConte were pretty amazing. The kids loved the bunk beds and game room. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The hot tub had a very mildewy smell so we never used that. The kitchen was barely stocked with tools, the oven handle was broken and the microwave did not work great. Quality and cleanliness of the cabin overall was meh. It got the job done and did not deter from the trip.

The whole place has a musty feel to it. Probably due to the fact that the air units can't keep up. Even set at 74 degrees the ac ran constantly and upstairs never cooled down and stayed warm. All the furniture is really uncomfortable including the beds. The grill was disgusting and the whole place could use a deep clean inside and out. When we arrived the smell of cleaning products was nauseating and we had to air out house for a couple hrs. I'd recommend going somewhere else.

A True Dream

We had never done a vacation like this with staying at a house instead of a hotel. I'm not sure I can ever go back now - we had the best time staying at this cabin! Everyone knows pictures can be deceiving so I was hesitant to believe it was going to be as nice as what it looked like online. Wow, it was beautiful and it really is a million-dollar view from the balcony. The decor was great, there were plenty of amenities, and great Wifi. We loved the game room upstairs - so fun for a family to spend some R&R time. Our family of 5 fit very comfortably. It was great for us parents to have our own room with bath downstairs, and our 3 kids loved having the upstairs basically to themselves. Literally the only complaint I have is the couch. And unfortunately, that's a big one - I can't for the life of me understand why a cabin that is meant for a family would have a couch that doesn't comfortably fit a family. There have been many complaints in the reviews about the couch, and these previous comments have definitely NOT been exaggerated. Not only is it small, but it's also horribly uncomfortable. The seats are hard, and the back is very low so you can forget leaning back and lounging. It's really unfortunate because otherwise this cabin is perfect, but not having comfortable seating for a family is a huge turn-off. Also, the pictures need to be updated to include only those that are current - what's the point in keeping pictures up of old furniture? How is someone supposed to know which is current vs outdated? Overall, we really had a great time. But the pathetic excuse for a couch has got to go.

The furniture pictured is not what you get!!!

The cabin has a wonderful view and a great location. It's close to town and no crazy mountain roads. The games upstairs were a fun addition. The beds were just ok, but don't plan for anyone to sleep on the futon. It was very old and warn out. We go out to eat mostly, but do like to cook breakfast on occasion, unfortunately there wasn't enough cookware to do this, no sheet pan, no large fry pan, no mixing bowls, only 2 spoons and 3 forks. Also, the coffee cups were very small. We made do and bought our own. The hot tub was large but seemed older, the plastic was kind of rough on your skin and the jets didn't all work at the same time. It could also use a good cleaning. But the one thing that really ruined it for us was the furniture. The couch and love seat pictured are not what's in the home. They have been replaced with a small, hard, L shape couch that looks like something that would be in a dentist office. The back of the couch only came to the middle of your back. There was no sitting back and relaxing. I specifically look for nice furniture when booking as we spend our evenings watching movies. That could not be done on this couch. We ended up leaving a day early as we didnt want to spend another night being uncomfortable.

Amazing view, disgusting hot tub

Amazing view. The view is why it got two stars instead of one. Was only in town for one night. I wanted a view, my kids wanted a hot tub. I purposely picked this cabin for those two reasons. It got down to the 40s at night so we were looking forward to the hot tub. The hot tub’s water smelled and looked gross. It never got hot. It had cracks and a bulge that made it leak a waterfall onto the porch below onto the picnic table. No sitting out there after that. Apparently this has been an issue for a while, according to other people’s comments on here. My fault for not reading several comments before I decided on this cabin. The hot tub’s lights didn’t work either. I contacted the company that rents out this cabin and said someone would come fix it asap. I got a call from maintenance the next night, but I had already checked out. I was told by this company that I would get reimbursed something because of the hot tub issue, but I haven’t heard anything about it yet. The sink in the upstairs bathroom constantly leaked, also. Seriously stunning view, though. Cabin otherwise pretty clean. Would have given this cabin 4 or 5 stars…

Our stay was July 27 - 31. Everything was clean and in order. There was a shelf missing in the refrigerator but that was no big problem. The view was why we chose that cabin, and it was well worth it. We would stay with Vacasa again.

Great Home, Stunning View!

Looking to squeeze in one more trip before the holidays (i.e. I just hit my signup bonus on the Citi Premier card and wanted to burn some points), I started looking to see where Vacasa might take us. The first weekend of November looked good on the calendar (which just so happens to be a great time for fall colors in the Smoky Mountains), and we found this absolutely beautiful log cabin overlooking the mountains in Pigeon Forge. The main floor had a decent size kitchen with a washer/dryer stack, dishwasher, oven/stove, full fridge, a couple couches, TV, bedroom with a full bathroom, and balcony with a stunning view. Upstairs was a huge loft with a pool table, foosball table, air hockey table (piece of junk...should get rid of that), an arcade game with Pacman and Galaga, 2 full or queen size bunk beds, and another huge balcony overlooking the mountains with a hot tub. There was also good size bathroom on the second floor with a large jetted tub and separate shower. Because this cabin is technically only 1 bedroom, the point cost was 15,000 per night. If paying cash, the price came to $687 rental fee + $95 cleaning fee + $45 Limited Damage Waiver + $45 Hot Tub Fee + $130.80 Booking Fee + $127.86 in taxes, netting a total $1,130.66 for three nights. I needed to transfer points in, so I transferred the Citi Thank You points I needed to my Wyndham Rewards account, then called their dedicated booking line (800) 441-1034. A very friendly agent named Brandy helped me confirm availability and make the reservation. She told me it could take 24-48 hours until I receive confirmation emails from both Wyndham and Vacasa, but they came through within about 30 minutes after booking. The actual experience was great; I got a text with the door code when the cabin was ready and we we able to let ourselves in as soon as we got there. The cabin was clean and had just about everything we needed. I would recommend to Vacasa to supply the house with a broom and dustpan, which was not provided. Also, some baking sheets would be good. One other thing to note is the hot tub temperature was more like a heated pool, because it had gone into sleep mode. A tech came out the next day and punched in whatever sequence on the buttons that put it back to regular operation, and it heated up no problem. The hot tub has definitely seen better days and lots of holes/cracks in the shell, so it leaked like a waterfall onto the first floor balcony, but luckily there is really nothing underneath it, so it wasn't a major issue. Once the water level had lowered, there was much less leakage. There are some water stains on the walls on the main floor, which is probably from the leaking hot tub, so I would recommend to Vacasa to replace the hot tub to prevent what could turn into damage to the house. Also, put it on the first floor balcony! With the bunk beds on the second level, it can be tricky sneaking out there after the kids go to sleep.
