You'll be within walking distance of Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the quaint Village Shoppes, the Gatlinburg Convention Center, and much more. The property is one mile east of Ober Gatlinburg and three miles from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can spend your days fishing, hiking, and observing wildlife. Pigeon Forge, only eight miles north, is home to Dolly Parton's Dollywood, wonderful shops and entertainment at The Island in Pigeon Forge, and several renowned dinner theaters.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
