Located 1 block from the beach, this condo is the perfect space for couples, friends, and families alike. As you enter the unit, you will be enchanted by a bright and crisp ambiance that will set the mood for extreme relaxation during your stay. The 1-bedroom condo features an open layout boasting a full-sized kitchen, breakfast bar, combined dining and living area, master bedroom, master bathroom, and a private den featuring a pull-out sleeper sofa (up to 4 kids under 13 years old stay for free).

This luxury condo offers a spacious balcony where you can sit back and enjoy a morning coffee or admire wonderful beach sunsets while you drink a glass of wine. You will be delighted with views of the mega- yachts that sail through the Intracoastal waterway and can also admire the partial Atlantic Ocean views.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities to make wonderful family meals for those nights when you dont feel like eating out, and the living area is the perfect space for lounging after a long day of fun in the sun!

The master bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows offering partial ocean views. A king-size bed dressed in luxury pillows and linen. Walk-in closet to store all of the family belongings. The master bathroom boasts his-and-hers vanities offering plenty of storage space. A spacious walk-in shower designed with spa-inspired touches. A private den featuring a wall-mounted TV and a full-size sleeper sofa connects to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom for living comfort. The unit offers a full-sized stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.

Make your way to the pool located on the 4th floor of the building. Here you can relax and get a tan while taking in beautiful views of the Intracoastal waterway and the mansions that make up the inland. The open space BBQ area is equipped with two grills, a picnic table, and all the tools you need for a wonderful outdoor time. The fitness center is equipped with top of the line equipment for a perfect work-out! The property also offers a theater room and a game room.

Worst customer service ever

Arrived late the evening of our reservation. Front desk had no idea we were coming. We sat on the floor outside the unit for 2 hours calling VRBO and juggled around to different agents. No one could reach the host. At 4 am the next day the front desk felt sorry for us and let us in, to find the unit was not cleaned from the previous renter. Beds not made, hair in sinks and on floor, dirty towels everywhere. It was disgusting. I spent 3 hours of the next day being transferred among 4 different people, and placed on hold up to 45 min at a time, at VRBO trying to get this resolved. The host finally reached us the next day telling us it was documented that we checked in without issue and the room was clean! I had to send pics of the disgusting mess before they finally sent someone to clean. They refunded less than one days cost despite not being prepared for us to check in on our scheduled date of arrival then sleeping in a dirty room.

Tiffany house

Very nice place. Ocean and intercoastal view. 2 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. No need to have a car. Not to far from Las Olas and free shuttle available. We really appreciated our stay at Tiffany house and would go back at anytime.

Très bel endroit pour un séjour dans le coeur de Fort Lauderdale. Le condo est tel qu'apparait sur les photos. Les 2 piscines à débordement au 4e et 9e étage offre une vue magnifique sur le canal. Tout celà à moins de 300 mètres de la mer. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

Great Property near beach

We spent a few nights there in early December and were very happy with the property. Stacy was a great help and personally met us at the unit on day we landed. She also provided us with a ton of information for our stay and was constantly available. The property is a block from the beach is in a great location with a warm pool which was blocked from the wind (it was very windy the days were stayed there). The staff at the unit was also a great help and was always very accommodating.

A real treasure

We have stayed at Tiffany house on 4 occasions and at 914 twice. Really love the convenience of this place. It is so close to the beach and most of my favorite restaurants. The condo has good amenities and I especially appreciate the pool and gym. The valet guys are very nice. Unit 914 is clean and well kept and has nice decor. I love the view off of the balcony. We don't do much cooking but the kitchen is well equipped for the most part. It could use a few more dishes. I would definitely stay there again and looking forward to my next visit to beautiful Ft. Lauderdale!
