Welcome to Florida’s Yacht capital of the World. Enjoy this cozy 1 bed 1 bath completely renovated unit featuring central A/C, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and more which has been tastefully decorated and fully furnished with a modern-chic vibe for your enjoyment. It is conveniently located within 10 mins from the airport, Cruise Port, famous Las Olas Blvd, restaurants, nightlife and beautiful Ft Lauderdale beaches or by just enjoying peace of mind by the pool.

Unit fits max 2 adults and 2 kids.

No parties or gatherings are allowed in the unit or pool area. Unit is being cleaned and sanitized after every guests checks out.
NO SMOKING: tobacco, marijuana or other substances in the unit.

Fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, silverware, utensils such as whisker, can opener, measuring cups, cutting boards, food storage containers.
Coffee maker, toaster.
Salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee.

Living room offers a comfortable sofa bed, Roku TV with free movies.
Private bathroom, rainfall shower, shampoo, soap, shower cap.
Queen size bed, iHome alarm clock play your music over the Bluetooth wireless connection or via the Aux-in jack, with two USB ports to keep all your mobile devices charged and ready to go. FM radio with 6 station presets to keep your favorite music at your fingertips.
Big dresser to store all your belongings, also a good size closet with a safe to store your important documents, iron, first aid kit.

Relax under an umbrella next to the pool. Pool is shared with other guests staying at the property.

Conveniently located near Riverwalk offering awesome restaurants such us La Bonne Crepe, Vinos, Wild Sea Oyster Bar & Grill, Casa Sensei, etc.
5 minutes away from Galleria Mall. 15 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Airport.

Uber or Lyft is the easiest and fastest way to get to our place from the airport and the cost is around $15 -$20 one way. Public transportation is available at walking distance at Sunrise Blvd, it can take you to the beach.

Really enjoyed staying here. The location was fantastic, very close to the beach, activities, food, etc. On a main road, but really quiet inside and private. The pool was nice to have after a long day on the beach. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Clean Cozy Little House Apt

The place is immaculate, and comfortable. All the needs were met away from home, beach nearby and Las Olas downtown easy to get to. Jessica our host was very responsive to our questions, and check in and checkout was easy. Nice pool in back for dipping our foot in. Paid laundry on premise was great too.

This property was exactly as listed and pictured. Very clean, everything you need to stay for a long weekend. The property manager was very responsive, we had one problem with our deadbolt and once I contacted her she had a repair man out immediately to fix the issue.
