This place was very clean, perfect location for convenience, great ocean view, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful when needed. The directions to checking in, parking etc from the host was very clear and easy to understand. They have a great pool area with a ton of chairs and seating and a DJ on the weekend. The bar made delicious pina coladas! This is a great price point for all it offers! Loved it!!

Misleading Listing and Terrible Customer Service!I booked a guaranteed balcony suite but was placed on the 12th floor, in the back of the building, surrounded by construction. The balcony was LOCKED, and the view was completely blocked by plastic covering. I paid for a balcony suite and essentially received an interior room!Even worse, the front desk confirmed the owner was aware of the situation but failed to disclose it. I called and messaged several times. Try to resolve the situation at the time of check-in NOT ONE RESPONSE! I checked out today, five days later ,still without hearing from anyone.Completely unacceptable, misleading, and unprofessional. They charged for amenities they knew were unavailable.BEWARE! Photos speak for themselves.
