"La Halte de Gatebois" cottage located in Noyant de Touraine in joint ownership in the owner's house (independent sanitary), 5 minutes from Sainte Moor of Touraine, 15 minutes from Chinon, 2km from exit 25 of the A10.

The cottage consists only of a ground floor on a park of 2000m2 (not equipped for PMR but functional).

-Bathroom sink with walk-in shower and washing machine.
-WC separated.
-Terrace private full south, living room of garden, relax, plancha ..
-Space relaxing spa under construction ...
-Public vehicle parking and automated portal.
-WiFi, TV ..
-All shops, Intermarché, Aldi, super U, doctors, pharmacy, restaurants .. at 5minutes
