Hi I'm Mark and I'm a Utah native born and raised. I love Salt Lake City and the mountains. I'm fall in love with this gorgeous scenery each day it seems.

This home was built this year in 2019 and has such a beautiful cozy feel and ambiance. The kitchen is all white on white and includes all the latest upgraded stainless steel appliances with French door fridge, gas range, dishwasher, and beautiful quartz counter tops and a nice dining table for 6 and 2 more bar stools at the bar.

The basement is finished with 2 larger bedrooms (one with a large walk-in closet), and a bathroom. 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor with laundry room and large master suite and walk-in closet.

This home is located is one of the most beautiful areas of the Salt Lake valley. It is surrounded by trails, new stores, grocery markets, Daybreak master planned community with man-made Oquirrh Lake, nature paths, docks, and lots of cute things to see and do. Close access to Mountain View Corridor to get around town fast.

Ski areas are within 30 minutes drive, endless mountain activities to enjoy. Safe, private, comfortable location perfect for a small family, corporate travelers, executives visiting for contract work or relocation a family needing temporary relocation housing.
