If your group is coming to the Gulf Coast for a sports event, Summer House is just five miles from the Orange Beach Sportsplex fields and 12 miles from the 100-acre Gulf Shores Sports Complex. The 6,500 acre Gulf State Park is conveniently close offering miles of hiking trails, beaches, picnic pavilions, and its popular fishing pier. Or travel just four-and-a-half miles east to SanRoc Cay Marina for fine dining, boutique shopping, and adventure opportunities like deep sea fishing, diving, and more!

Things to Know
There will be construction occurring on an adjacent building from August 19, 2024, until May 25, 2025. Work will begin at 7:00 a.m. and will last until 6:00 p.m., possibly every day of the week. Heavy equipment, chiseling, and heavy pounding will be present during working hours. The outdoor pool will be closed for the duration of this project, but the indoor pool will remain open.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Amazing place!

This was a gorgeous place! The view was spectacular and I loved having my coffee on the balcony every morning. The house was neat and clean and I would recommend this. The only suggestions I would have is that we did not have our parking passes left for us there. Also the shower was very slippery, and my 2-year-old grandson fell and ended up splitting open his head and needed urgent care. Other than that it was fantastic!

Condo as advertised

The condo was just as pictured! It was clean and the kitchen fully stocked with any and everything you need. Had a small issue, but management was a simple text away and immediately responded and assisted in rectifying the problem. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous as I enjoyed my morning coffee and evening wine. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view and condo

Greatly enjoyed the condo. It has an amazing view and is in a fantastic location! The furniture was all extremely comfortable, it had great amenities, plenty of linen, and the appliances were great for our stay. The place was also VERY clean. I'm very impressed with whomever the cleaning staff is! I am giving three stars over three issues: 1. The shower in the master bath would not get hot. 2. The shower/bath in the guest bath would not drain, resulting in a lot of standing water when you were trying to shower. 3. The door to the balcony from the living area would not lock. Thankfully my toddlers were not strong enough to open it, but I wish it locked for child safety. I did put requests in for the repairs of these issues during our stay, but they were not remedied before we left.

Wonderful stay

We spent most of November and December in this wonderful condo. The unit is comfortably furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. We love the location which is close to bike trails, grocery stores and pharmacies. We will definitely look into coming back again next year

Wonderful view, Wonderful experience

We just returned from our fall break vacation. Our rental was beautiful, nicely decorated, plenty of space, and comfortable. The balcony and the view it offered were an unexpected delight. Highly recommend this rental.
