Festisolar Almadraba

The house is located in the PLAYA DE LA ALMADRABA, unknown to the vast majority. Those who know the Mediterranean, to talk about the Costa Dorada in summer, are mainly talking about overcrowding, apart from sun and sand. This cove is far from those beaches where it is an effort to have a space to extend the towel. It is a "Blue Flag" beach, with transparent waters of turquoise blue color, and very fine sand in which to lie down in the water is not to sink in the first step up to the waist. Next to the sea in a paradisiacal environment. To enjoy an authentic "solar festi" (distant from the beach at a minute walk). Pets are welcome, and have a very large space attached to the house exclusively for them, not being able to use common areas.

Regular, anticuado el mobiliario, el menaje de cocina.. necesita inversión.

Le doy dos estrellas, una por la ubicación del apartamento a 2 min. de la playa, y otra por las personas que nos atendieron, muy amables. Por lo demás muy pobre necesitan invertir en la casa, la vajilla es de los años 80, el sofá igual, el aire acondicionado nos dijeron que no lo pusiéramos más de una hora y media o se rompería, a la media hora de funcionar ya goteaba agua, en pleno mes de agosto se agradece el aire acondicionado, ( cuando alquilas una propiedad tiene que estar todo en condiciones de uso, no para un rato.) el televisor con un TDT antiguo, al día siguiente dejó de funcionar, la tostadora más antigua que la vajilla… Dicen que aceptan mascotas y han de estar en el garaje no pueden subir a la casa, el garaje esta lleno de tierra, sucio y con un fuerte olor a desagüe, ya que las tuberías pasan por allí, teníamos que dejar las puertas abiertas y el perro atado toda la semana, yo no considero eso como: " se aceptan mascotas".
