Réservation d'un jour sur l'autre, alors que nous étions en France, ensuite impossible de joindre le locataire, plusieurs mails et messages via la plateforme, et une autre réservation (site concurrent) qui partait le jour de leur arrivée... conclusion le ménage n'était pas fait! Et comme nous n'avions jamais eu de réservation via ce site en un an de publication, oubli de mettre un jour de battement... bref, situation pas optimale pour leur arrivée.
