Pleasantly surprised with the place once we went inside. Was great for a quick 1 night trip. Few details that could be better.. air filters need cleaned as they were coated in dust. And the shower door wasn't hung right so it leaks all over the bathroom floor
Two of us came into town from neighboring States in celebration of a family member’s college graduation. Renting the condo gave us room to relax and mingle together between festivities, and was more economical and more pleasing than booking separate hotel rooms. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed our time at this home. Our daughter was graduating from NC State University so we needed to be close by all the festivities and this condo was ideal. Everything was clean and comfortable and it was spacious enough for family to join us. I would highly recommend. Tom was also very responsive and accomodating.

outdated apt.
Old apartment in old neighborhood, parking spot next to dumpster, only one door locked worked. Master bathroom leaked from upstairs.

Apartment Not Condo
Overall the stay was nice. However the pictures made it seem like it was a private condo, as you would believe by the title. However, it was an apartment with 7 other other neighbors. Upstairs neighbors were loud. Sounded like they had a roller derby competition going on. The smell of weed came through the vents from other tenants. Which if you're into that sort of thing is great, no big deal.
The couch had a used blunt, along with keys in it, which I only found after I smelled weed when I sat down. The rooms were nice. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Not enough kitchen ware to make a lot of stuff. So if you're into using the kitchen during your vacation keep that in mind.
The TV in the Masters bedroom was possessed. Turned off when it wanted, froze when you pushed one button.
Overall it you're looking for a place to rest your head and you don't mind neighbors that are loud then this is great.
This apartment is clean and attractive. Beds are comfortable with soft sheets. Decor is attractive. Furniture is comfortable. Some small repairs are needed. The apartment complex is old and dated. This unit is downstairs of another apartment and we could hear footsteps from above. Parking is limited.
Worked out great for a golf trip and catching a football game. Comfortable and clean
Close to NC State and the stadiums. Convenient for getting to and from the airport and other destinations around the Raleigh-Durham area
The apartment is very cute and spacious. The decor is simple but beautiful. The pictures make it look smaller than it really is. It was perfect for my family of 6 adults. We appreciate the kitchen items that the was left for us. I reached out to the owner about one issue and he responded with a call immediately. The neighborhood does look a bit sketchy but everyone we met was very nice. We'll definitely stay again.
