Clean and adequate but no pool

We found Ormond Beach to be a beautiful area. The accommodations were adequate and clean with provided very nice laundry facilities for pay on the same floor. Clean towels and other linens were provided on-demand. We were disappointed to find that the pool pictured and mentioned in the specifications has been closed for repair for over a year. Even so, the host did gladly refund an appropriate amount of money when we complained. When the pull-out-bed on the couch was out, the living room was too small to be useable otherwise.

Misleading Room Description

Room was advertised as a two-bedroom with a king size and queen size bed. Upon our arrival both beds were full size. We were also led to believe this would be an oceanfront room however it was an ocean view room. Other than that it was a very nice resort.

Beautiful place

The lady at the front for check in was rude and not helpful at all! Many were complaining about her . Also it would of been nice to know that they lock you from going onto beach at 10pm other than that the place was very well kept and clean and we enjoyed our stay there
