Full basement apartment with separate entrance and great amenities. Pool table, ping pong, air hockey table, foosball table, double shot basketball, skee-ball, Atari arcade, digital pinball, home theater, PS4, OG Nintendo, board games, comfy reclining sectional, TV’s in the bedrooms and a hot tub. Close to the north Ogden divide for quick access to ski resorts. Also close to shopping, restaurants and The Barn golf course. Comfortable beds, big bedrooms with mounted TV's with netflix, Disney+, amazon prime and more. This is an apartment. We live upstairs. We have exterior security cameras.

Perfect Rec Room

Place was clean, fun and perfect for the day trip to Lagoon Amusement Park. Place is situated in a safe neighborhood and views are spectacular!

Amazing space

Why they chose this property

When we purchased this home we loved the location nestled in the nook of Ben Lomond Peak. The surrounding mountain views are breathtaking, the upper bench neighborhood is very nice and quiet.

What makes this property unique

Home theater, full size pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table and foosball table, skee-ball, Atari arcade along with a double shot basketball game. Lots of space with almost 2000 square feet on 1 level with no stairs to spread out and enjoy.
