About this property

Perfect Location, mountain views w/ fenced yard

The perfect oasis to enjoy hiking, skiing, lake days, biking and endless year-round activities. Our property is in a quiet, and beautiful neighborhood with spectacular mountain views. We are within walkable distance to countless trails and minutes to the closest stores and restaurants. 3 world class ski resorts are within 25 minutes of our home. We have a large deck with a fully fenced in yard.

There is no access to the garage.


Please be advised there is an outdoor only blink security system on the front and back of house. Only in exterior public areas, such as the driveway and entrances, and do not record any private or indoor spaces.

We stayed for a week at this property and it fit all our needs. We walked in feeling pleasantly pleased. Plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. The house was filled with everything we need, including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great home for the active family

We had a great stay. The house is quiet and the furniture is so comfortable. The house was close to Nordic Valley and Powder Mountain. The house also was just a short walk to several hiking trails. House had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Perfect House

We stayed 4 nights so that my 34 year old daughter and I could do some snowboarding. The house met our needs perfectly and we really enjoyed staying there. The house is very easy to find, and the neighborhood was genuinely nice. I highly recommend this house.

Nice, quiet area, Mountain View. Close to shopping. House was very clean and cozy. Owner provided a lot of amenities, and very easy to communicate with.

Beautiful home

Very comfortable and welcoming. Super clean! And very close to everything we were looking for. Only bummer was, there was a Jacuzzi listed in the posting but no hot tub there. Everything else was great!!

Nice home

My family was in Utah for girls softball tourney. There were 4 adults and 2 teens that stayed in the house. Plenty of room for all. The house was clean and host was very responsive. Will definitely look at renting again for next year’s tourney.

The tvs were great. The views from the front window were great. The kitchen was a joke. I had to borrow baking dishes from my daughter to make a cake. There was 1 glass baking dish. The fry pans were worn and had no lids. There was no vent or light over the oven. The pot we used for mac-n-cheese was so bent the lid didn't fit. While we knew there was no icemaker or water dispenser, I did expect at least a Brita pitcher-there was none. Given the check out time is 10:30am and check in time is 4:00 you would think that giving we checked in on Monday afternoon, the lawn service would come during that time instead of Tuesday morning. But no, we had to deal with the noise of lawn service when we wanted to chill and watch a movie. We will not stay here again.

Property was clean, tvs were great, appliances good. The kitchen was a huge disappointment. The fry pans had no lids and were in poor condition, the food stuck to the bottom regularly, which is a problem when you're cooking bacon and eggs as my husband was. The pot we used to fix mac and cheese was so bent the lid didn't fit. There was 1 glass baking dish and 1 shallow metal baking dish, no cookie sheet at all. There was not only no light over the stove, but no exhaust vent! We checked in on Monday afternoon twice. You would think that since check out time is 10:30am and checkin time is 4pm that any yard work would be done during that time, but no, they cut the grass on Tuesday morning while we're trying to relax and watch tv. I've stayed at several properties in Ogden over the past 2 years and this is the most disappointing. We will not stay here again. And, no fault of the property owners, but every morning a neighbor lets out several dogs around 7:45-8am that bark incessantly.

Highly recommended

Had a wonderful week long stay. Fast response to questions, quiet neighborhood, house was well maintained and comfortable. There was just two of us but it would be perfect for a family or small group traveling together. Hope to book again next time we travel to Utah. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ogden area.
