This contemporary, air-conditioned villa consists of a ground floor and 4 bedrooms, each with their own shower room, toilets, wardrobes, and televisions. Each room is independent from the rest of the house and has its own access. It also consists of a first floor with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a roof terrace, and a pool. This villa is located in a very quiet setting and offers great views of the sea and the mountains. It is also close to the historic village of Périthia, the small harbour of Kassiopi, and the beautiful beaches of the Northeast and Corfu Island.

A small piece of heaven on earth

A stunning house in one of the last truly beautiful and unspoiled corners of Corfu. Far from the maddening crowds, peaceful and tranquil, a cutting edge piece of architecture that actually sits seamlessly in it's gorgeous surroundings of olive groves, mature oaks, ancient stone walls, and winding lane ways and tracks. Everything is there, everything works, the pool is gorgeous, and the interiors are unfussy and functional - cool in every sense of the word. If you want a quiet getaway, close to glorious countryside, and yet only twenty minutes away from the last old school villages and beaches in Corfu this is your place. The owner, Blaise , is the perfect host. Courteous, honest, efficient and charming. An absolute gem.

Amazing villa, stunning architecture and amazing remote location.

We had a lovely time at this villa and cannot recommend it highly enough. The owner is amazing and gives you everything you need. Highly recommend you go and stay.

A perfect place to unwind

If you're looking for a relaxing, comfortable and contemporary place to stay, this place hits the mark. My wife and I stayed at the villa for one week in late April. The first thing to say is that the location is amazing, especially if you're looking to get away from things, as we were. It's up in the hills with great views over the coast and of the hills around. It's probably not for you if you want to be in the midst of things, though there are nice villages and towns within reach. Nearby there are beautiful trails for running and walking, though some of them are quite steep! The house itself is fantastic. The open plan kitchen/dining/living space is beautifully appointed as are the bedrooms and bathrooms. All very stylish. The gardens are all very well cared for with plenty of furniture for dining and relaxing. The rooftop offers particularly impressive views and a great place to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine. We weren't very lucky with the weather so didn't get much use out of the pool, but it looked great! Blaise was very helpful and offered lots of advice about what to do locally. He clearly cares for the property and has designed it very thoughtfully. Can't wait to return!

Belle villa très confortable

Maison très agréable nichée dans les oliviers, un rooftop exceptionnel pour admirer les couchers de soleil et la vue sur la mer. La piscine est délicieuse, la décoration est joli, et bien choisie. Je recommande !

Last bastion of peace and tranquility

Having spent most of the past 10 years working with luxury hotels, i long for tasteful solitude within 15 minutes of everywhere i want to be. Blaise's villa is tastefully done with a careful eye to detail. The unforgettable sunsets from the expansive rooftop terrace were perfectly complimented by sounds of the wind and wild nature. Impressive mountains to one side... sea to the other... we are counting the days to return.

I discovered Corfu Island ten years ago and started building this villa a few years later with a friend who is an architect. I divide my time between France, Lisbon, Corfu, and the rest of the world!

Why they chose this property

The Northeast of Corfu is a privileged place that combines the mountains and the sea in a remarkable environment far from mass tourism. The beaches are magnificent and less frequented, the water is crystal clear, the mountainous landscapes are majestic, and the sunsets over the Adriatic Sea, with the Albanian mountains in the background, are astonishing. The villa is not far from Périthia, the oldest village on Corfu Island, and is completely isolated from the climate and Kassiopi Harbour. You can rent a boat to access the secluded coves or have lunch at the beach restaurants.

What makes this property unique

In an exceptional natural setting between the sea and the mountains, and in absolute peace, you can choose to enjoy the pool or tour around leaving the contemporary villa to visit this very beautiful island, the beaches, or go on excursions in the mountains.
