Warm studio of 23 m2 completely renovated, mountain style.
Very calm residence with concierge in Pra loup 1500 also called the Molanes .here no bar of buildings only cottages and small residences, it is a place nature and family.
Ideally located at 50 m of the gondola (by stairs) which join the ski area of Pra loup.
A free shuttle stops in front of the residence serving Pra loup 1600 in 5 minutes and Barcelonnette in 10 minutes.
The apartment has a large sunny balcony (southern expo) of 8 m2 with a magnificent mountain view.
Free parking in the residence.
Housing is located on the 1st / drc, no steps to climb.
