This charming and spacious home in the Las Vegas Ranch area is ready for you!

As owners are embedded in the medical field please note that all linens and towels are always washed twice with very hot water and soap to insure no virus can survive. Beddings are sprayed with Lysol disinfectant as well as all hard surfaces (countertops, sinks, tubs, faucets, door handles, light switches etc...), and all soaps in the house are anti bacterial. The fact that there is no close proximity to other houses is a plus and baked goods are easily available.

It is bright and open to accommodate groups with stunning mountain views in a quiet street with distant neighbors that will give you the intimate space you need for your family gatherings and the space you want to use to work with your team before a convention or sporting event.

This spacious home (11 beds available and it is possible to expand a little more just ask us) is an outlet to Mount Charleston and the Lee Canyon ski resort.

Some bedrooms and bathrooms can accommodate people with reduced mobility and the large attic can accommodate 3 more air mattresses on request and for a small additional cost (don't hesitate to ask questions before deciding, of course).
You can book a room (2 or 3 persons in each) or the entire house. Contact us with your questions and for price if you (for whatever reason) only want one or two rooms and not the whole house :-)

Know that we have a beautiful caravan/travel trailer at the front of the property that does not face the door of the house and if the owners go there, their visit will not intrude on your privacy and the exclusive use you have of the house.
