A quiet and relaxing holiday. The owners have carefully restored the house and furnished it to a high level of comfort and elegance. Overlooking the Val di Chio Fonte Vinaglia is a lovely place to relax and have a restful vacation.

Garden and swimming pool amidst woods and olive groves. Old olive trees and woods surround the large completely fenced garden where there is a gazebo, table tennis, barbecue and a 5x12m pool (depth 1,20-1,40m - open from 01st May to 30th September). Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).

GROUND FLOOR: large sitting-dining room with kitchenette and large stone fireplace, bathroom with shower, storeroom. FIRST FLOOR: connecting room with sofa, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower and tub, double bedroom. First floor access is via an outside staircase and a loggia with lovely views or by an internal wooden staircase.
