This spotless apartment is on the ground level (no stairs anywhere) and sleeps 4 (1 queen size bed in bedroom, 1 queen size very comfy sleeper couch in the living room), a kitchen equipped for cooks, a large bathroom with walk in shower, many special amenities (for example, guest bathrobes, umbrellas, yoga mats, original artwork on the walls, etc.) , a private garden patio, ample street parking in a quiet, beautiful, lush old-trees neighborhood. Within easy walking distance to Reed College and hiking access, and a short drive in either direction to restaurants and shopping. Washer and dryer in the bathroom, cable TV & wifi. Close to bus lines and light rail.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If used, turn all the wall heaters off. Wash all used pans and dishes well (for the next guests) and put away. If you used any of the robes, place them on the bathroom floor.
Retrieve the extra of keys from the lock box to lock up with and leave one set of keys on the counter and one returned to the lock box. Be sure to lock up the apartment AND the gate when you leave.

This charming garden apartment was the perfect location for us visiting family in the quaint and walkable EastMoreland neighborhood. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Appreciated the big bathroom and washer/dryer!
