A visit with family

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The location was convenient to shops and restaurants. Our unit was clean and having btreakfast available each morning was very convenient.

Management company is great!

Super impressed with the overall client services of the management company. Also the front desk staff was very nice. The building overall could use an upgrade, but it was comfortable enough, clean, and easy to get around to area attractions. Pool was fun for hot day too!

Nice hotel

Property was nice. It was clean and was well suited for our group to socialize and hang out. Pictures are outdated. Property DOES NOT have a hot tub. Pool, BBQ, and pickleball area are all in good shape.

Our room was fine, lots of space for our party of five adults. Clean, lots of beds and two baths made it great. Property was under construction in lobby and common areas, a bit inconvenient and some noise and odors, but I get it, under construction.

Not a VRBO but a Hotel

VRBO Vacation Rentals by Owner. We expected a condo but instead got a hotel that is way behind in updating. Very disappointed at how hard you worked to show us it isn't a hotel. I am a diamond member with Hilton so I don't pay much attention to other hotel brand names.

Denver Visit

The building is going through some much needed renovations that, at times, negatively affected our stay. A specific housekeeping issue was not addressed at all after two reports to the management. Overall, the property was adequate for our needs.

Great layout but everything else very average

We stayed here on a trip to visit my daughter at DU. We were traveling with her boyfriend. Layout of the room was great-two separate bedrooms and bath. However, property was not really that clean and the exercise room most of the equipment was broken. Only one of four washers were working. While we were there, the police showed up twice over different issues.

Tired place, sticky surfaces, dirty carpet and paint peeling from the walls. Staff was nice but missed that it was prepaid. Requested room not available, wasn’t told about it until day of stay.

Deceptively Listed

This is a hotel....not a condo. Therefore I'm not sure the extra fees are worth what they charge. That being said, the location was good and the 2 bedroom is roomy, although a bit outdated. I'll be more careful in the future.

Comfy 2 bed 2 bathroom in hotel

This is a suite room in a hotel, which has continental breakfast. It's near a trail along Cherry Creek which is great for running and walking. There's a huge Target across the street, and some nice restaurants in another area as well. Overall the rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the fridge didn't seem to be working very well but the hosts were responsive and I'm sure it will be fixed soon.

Actually an extended stay facility. Friendly staff, clean, great neighborhood along Cherry Creek. Easy to get to places walking or driving or Uber/Lyft. Accommodations just right for all 6 of us. The pull out couch was (reportedly) comfortable.

Had a nice stay. Comfortable for a family of four and easy access to Denver’s attractions. My only complaint is at time of arrival we were checked into a different apartment that has not been cleaned. After complaining we were switched to this one.

Glendale

While the location was good, the property had mold on the ceiling in one bathroom and it was difficult to gain any assistance from VRBO regarding the health issues apparent at the listing. I will not be using your platform again and left the property earlier than expected to obtain suitable lodging.

Yes, please

This was perfect for us. We were in town for a funeral. It was a quick thing and all of us adult children left our families behind and joined our parents quick to show our love, support and say goodbye. The front desk was very polite, check in was smooth. We got to the room and we had separate rooms and a little kitchen. The kitchen didn't have any dishes but that didn't bother us it was still nice to have the set up. The breakfast was simple but perfect to grab and start our day.
