Outbuilding of 40m2 fully renovated villa, quiet, close to the sea (5 minutes from the Pointe Rouge district), 15 minutes from Luminy, 10 minutes from the Vélodrome and the coves of Morgiou & Sormiou (10mn).
Access to the spa and the swimming pool in compliance with the rules of life and neighborhood.

Accommodation located near the city center, Calanques Park and Cassis in 15 / 20mn. Ideal location for climbers and hikers.
Private parking.
Public transport & vélib accessible in 5 minutes
Bonneveine shopping center nearby

The accommodation is renovated. It is equipped with a bed, a sofa bed, 2 coffee tables and a storage cabinet. WiFi is available.
Sheets and towels are provided as well as shower gel.
Kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, induction ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge, coffee maker ...
Coffee, tea, chocolate powder, sugar available as well as olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper.
A dining table with parasol for 4 people to enjoy the outdoors. The swimming pool is open from May 15 to the end of September.

Très bon accueil et logement propre, ce qui est appréciable. Nous avons toutefois trouvé que l’appartement manquait un peu de luminosité et de chaleur dans son aménagement.L’absence de vue sur l’extérieur a également un peu limité notre ressenti global, surtout compte tenu du prix pour une nuit.

Plus qu'agréable

Espace au top, propriétaires sympathiques et aux petits soins, et que dire du spa, juste fabuleux ! J'en ai encore des sensations même après mon départ. Fort probable que j'y retournerais à l'avenir.
