Large villa built in 2019 on 1500m2 with 4 bedrooms, living room with air conditioning each bathroom and toilet, large terrace of 86m2 very airy with fans which is the living place of this villa, swimming pool 11 / 5m solar overflow + paddling pool, drilling , generator 12kva, very nice garden, housekeeper included. Gardien24 / 24. cook on request (7 euros), mosquito nets in the beds, 400m from the beach.
