Idéalement placé

Appartement fonctionnel, balcon agréable orienté ouest, dans une résidence très calme, face au port de plaisance, bars, restaurants, supérette, tabac, boulangerie, au pied de la résidence. A 1/4 d'heure à pieds du front de mer, des plages et du marché aux poissons. Bémol pour la piscine qui n'a pas d'espace pour la bronzette, et la propreté de l'appartement qui laisse un peu à désirer (odeur désagréable d'humidité dans la chambre, poussières ++, baignoire encrassée).
