Located 100m from the gondola and facing the thermal baths of Teich, close to shops and free parking. Ideal for skiers and spa guests!

- Ground floor: entrance with fully equipped kitchen and modern (large fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, croque monsieur machine, vacuum cleaner ...), cupboard / storeroom with possibility to store skis, electric hot water tank

- 1st floor: living room with television, TNT channels, a sofa type BZ that can turn into bed 140 (2 beds), a second sofa, a bathroom with shower, toilet, heated towel rail and hairdryer

- 2nd floor: bedroom with 140 bed (sleeps 2), bathroom with shower, toilet, heated towel rail and hairdryer

- 3rd floor: bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a 140 bed (sleeps 4)

Petite maison ancienne à l’agencement atypique, froide, mal isolé, difficile à chauffer, présence de condensation et de moisi dans les salles de bains, moisi présent dans le reste de la maison également… mais effectivement elle est très bien situer, en plein centre ville, à 2 pas des télécabine, mais attention le premier parking gratuit est situer derrière les telecabines, c’est à dire 500m à pied

Tres bien situe au centre d Ax les Thermes, a proximite des marches, magasins, telepherique,.centres thermaux.etc... L appartement est bien equipe et a comble nos besoins pendant le mois d aout. Malgre la canicule du mois d aout, il etait reste tres agreable.Idealement localise pour faire de grandes randonnees, a 10min de la Vallee d Orlu, et a proximite d autres vallees.Merci Xavier

Pas d'internet pas de TV coupures et surtout pas de barbecue comme noté sur l'annonce donc aucun extérieure. Lavabo bouché et fuite d'eau dans la cuisine. La literie etait convenable et la maison bien située.sans enfants en bas age car escaliers bois dangeureux geographiquement

Très bien situé, et très agréable

Très bien situé, proches thermes, restaurants, gare et remontées et gare. Parfait pour un week-end en famille ou entre amis. Appartement bien équipé et jolie, mais des moisissures et fuites dans la salle de bain. Concierge pas agréable qui ne fait pas d’arrivée après 19h30 (alors qu’il y a une boîte à clé sécurisée ?) et qui est prête à faire sauter les 90e de caution pour « un cheveux dans les wc ». La discussion c’est terminer par « Je suis gentille de vous rendre le chèque de caution » alors qu’on a rendu l’appartement plus propre qu’à l’arrivée et qu’on était encore sur les lieux au cas où on aurait oublier de nettoyé un endroit.

Tres bien situé dans Ax les thermes , juste la literie qui pourrai etre mieux mais sinon pour un week-end c'était tres bien . Je le déconseille juste avec des bébés surtout qui marche a quatres pates car beaucoup d'escaliers donc tres dangereux.

Très belle région pour de sympathiques randonnées l'été. Lac de balcaire assez proche pour se rafraîchir baignade ou fare niente. Ravie de ce séjour ou tout c'est déroulé très agréablement.

emplacement idéal !

l'emplacement est à une minute à pied du téléphérique. les chambres sont petites mais suffisantes ! il est dommage que la chambre du deuxième étage ne soit pas équipée d'un vrai lit avec un vrai matelas, le canapé bz installé étant un peu juste pour deux adultes, sachant que c'est aussi un bz dans la chambre du premier étage !

situation idéale entre le télécabine et les thermes

chacun peut faire une activité différente sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Nous avons fait du ski, de la rando , nous sommes allés aux thermes ,se promener en ville et rentrer au logement en toute indépendance.
