Master Suite Your Privacy Our Pleasure! King bed, jacuzzi tub, private entrance

This is our master suite located off the laundry room. Private entrance from the side of the home, access to the laundry room with a locked door for your privacy. Recent update with full sized refrigerator/freezer . 1 King bedroom, full couch, flat screen Roku tv, WiFi, table for 2-3, private walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, double vanity. Onsite parking, central AC and heat controlled by you. Kitchenette has coffee pot, toaster oven that toasts, bakes, broil and microwave. 2 drawer stand dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, cups & glasses for you comfort. Condiments include coffee. You have access to 2 outdoor sitting areas. There is a large walk in closet for pet kennels and pets are welcome with a $25 pet fee. Backyard is fenced. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, coolers & beach blanket. We have 2 EV charging stations: 1 level 1 and 1 Level 2 fast charger that is 5 amp. We charge a minimal fee for use during your stay.

Beach Trip

Lovely studio. My husband and I enjoyed the neighborhood, we walked in the evenings. Only a few minutes from the beach if traffic is lite. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect Spot

First time staying in an attached private room. Was worried about noise and privacy , but no issues at all. It was perfect for our needs and the hosts have everything you need to eat in the room if desired, and stuff for the beach. Bathroom is lovely and they were very responsive to inquiries. Would stay again.

There 5 nights to visit family. The location was perfect. The bathroom was excellent, both shower & tub. King bed! Wonderful place even for morning coffee. On our list as a place to stay in Fort Walton Beach.

Cozy bungalow and garden attached to the owners home and private entrance.

We had a nice stay and our small dog was welcome also. Could use a little deep cleaning cob webs air vents, otherwise it was nice week and close to everything that we needed.

Convenient to everything, and close to a massage school where you can book a massage for $35/hr

Overall, we had a great stay. The jacuzzi was a plus. Comfortable bed. The place has pretty much have what we need. The hosts are very kind and friendly and made sure we had a greatest experience at our stay. Great communication with the hosts.

Easy check in/out process. Local to all things you need! Short drive to the beach! Only 20 minutes from Destin! Very clean. Highly recommended

Great space for us

We were very happy with the amount of space, private bathroom, and washer/dryer. Location worked for us as well. Less than 5 minutes to get to grocery/entertainment, and about 7/8 minutes to get to the beach.

i extended my stay for 10 days and almost extended for another 2 weeks the next tenant canceled at the last minute i had another reservation that could not be canceled without penalty nice location i will return

Practical unit

This is a cost effective unit to stay at. The owners have a very elaborate garden with a wide variety of flowers and plants. A nice gazebo in the back to hang out, relax and enjoy nature.

We were very happy with the accommodations. Dedorra and Roger are very friendly and helpful.

When we arrived, we met Deborra and had a very brief conversation concerning our accommodations which has it's own private secured entrance and outdoor sitting area. The suite was very clean, well-organized and comfortable. The outdoor area is beautiful and decorated to be a very comfortable and inviting area. Deborra and Roger both offer help if we needed suggestions from the area such as restaurants and attractions. Deborra and Roger are great people, and the property was perfect for us considering comfort. a location close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely book with them again when we decide to vacation again in that area.
