Situated on a hill with exceptional views of Pinarello Bay and the Alta Rocca mountains, the villa is in a peaceful residential area, just a 3-minute drive from the charming seaside village of Pinarello, renowned for its sandy beaches, restaurants, and bars, as well as from the village of Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio for daily shopping needs.

Due to the position at the top of a hill, the access is quite hilly and with a dusty road in some parts. Avoid low / sports cars.
