Nestled on a Sierra Nevada mountaintop, the Ridge Sierra Resort is set among snow flocked trees with a grand view overlooking the Carson Valley below. The resort is located very near HEAVENLY VALLEY SKI resort (near the Stagecoach and Boulder chairlifts on the Nevada side). Great location and amenities.

The unit is fully-furnished, with a complete kitchen, large Jacuzzi tub, laundry machines and gas fireplace. The living room has large windows and a sliding glass door onto the private balcony, overlooking the snow flocked trees. There is also a rooftop Jacuzzi tub which is a great treat under a starlit night sky.

You will have access to the nearby Ridge Tahoe clubhouse, which includes a well-equipped exercise area, heated indoor – outdoor pool, and racquetball courts. There is also a nearby indoor sport court, video arcade, game room and private movie theater. The clubhouse further includes the Bistro cafe, a bar, and gift / convenience store.

The free Skier Express gondola runs between the clubhouse and Heavenly Stagecoach ticket area and chairlift.

Easy parking. Plus, free shuttle service is provided to the Ridge Tahoe clubhouse, to the Heavenly Stagecoach chairlift, and to Lake Tahoe with shopping / restaurants / casinos 5 miles away. This allows for people to split up and rendezvous elsewhere. Concierge service may be available to help with planning and making reservations.

New Years on the Ridge

Property was more spacious than it appeared in the pictures and had everything we needed during our stay. Using the rooftop spa during the snowstorm was fantastic. Shuttle system was easy to navigate to the Holiday Inn, Stagecoach ski lift, and Heavenly village. Host was informative and responsive. Highly recommend!
