La Maison du Bonheur welcomes you to its countryside location near Carpentras, close to Avignon, in the heart of Provence. July 2026 at a great price!

Ideal for family or friends gatherings. Also perfect for seminars! Here, you can experience a wealth of joys, both big and small. The warm and inviting atmosphere of La Maison du Bonheur makes it the perfect retreat for your weekends and holidays with friends or family in the South of France.

180 m² with balcony and terraces. 40 m² dining room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen and 40 m² living room, 4 bedrooms / sleeps 13. Free access to the patio with barbecues, tables and chairs, and string lights to enjoy long summer evenings.

In the living room: exposed beams and high ceilings, plenty of natural light, air conditioning. 4 bedrooms, including 1 dormitory, 1 shower room with 2 toilets, and a bathroom with toilet. TV. Wi-Fi. Sleeps up to 13. Two separate entrances from the outside.

La Maison du Bonheur is renovated and fully equipped. Hotel-quality bedding. Located on the 2nd floor of the Mas. At Mas Saint-Gens, it's chic and welcoming.

Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bed (180x200 cm) or 2 single beds (90x200 cm)
Bedroom 2: 4 single beds (80x200 cm) (can be made into 2 double beds)
Bedroom 3: 1 king-size bed (180x200 cm) or 2 single beds (90x200 cm)
Bedroom 4: 1 queen-size bed (160 cm)
Living room: 1 sofa bed and 1 single bed (90 cm)

Access to all the facilities at Mas Saint-Gens: 2 swimming pools in a gated area, one of which is heated from mid-April to mid-October (weather permitting), paddling pool, barbecues, table tennis, basketball hoop, large trampoline, 2 pétanque courts, swings, numerous other outdoor games and equipment, washing machine, dryer, private parking, and a patio with a festive atmosphere. It's a delight for children. And adults too!

In the countryside near Carpentras. 25 minutes from Avignon and its TGV station, and 20 minutes from the A7 motorway. 50 minutes from Nîmes and Marseille airports. In the heart of a magnificent region, with Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, and the Luberon just minutes away!

The ideal location for your hikes through the sumptuous landscapes of Provence, at the foot of Mont Ventoux!

Winter is the perfect time for hiking in stunning scenery, and you can enjoy countless lunches on the sunny terrace under a clear blue sky!

CHARME ET QUIETUDE

Pour une réunion familiale, nous avions réservé toutes les habitations du Mas Saint Gens. Quel plaisir ! tout est pensé pour que les enfants s'y amusent en toute liberté et sécurité dans le parc . Un vrai plus pour nous qui pouvions profiter au calme de nos retrouvailles entre adultes . Les espaces sont bien répartis et chacun pouvait y trouver un coin de quiétude ou de jeux plus sportifs. Nos hôtes étaient discrets , serviables et répondant toujours rapidement à toute communication. Vraiment une très bonne adresse !

Great Property

Very pleasant stay, all the elements gathered for a family reunion, 34 person , 4 habitations in the heart of the Provencal countryside . The garden with all the scents of Provence and pool where it is good farnienté and super paddling pool for the children ... very good memory of this stay . We'll come back in summer, sure !
