Our guests have access to the following amenities:
AS OF JUNE 16TH, 2023 GUESTS HAVE OPTIONAL ACCESS TO THE CANOE CLUB FAMILY POOL AND FITNESS CENTER and THE MORELAND POOL AND FITNESS CENTER at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) BLACK OUT DATES MAY APPLY.
• Kayak, bicycle, and fishing equipment rentals (on a first-come, first-served basis), as well as boat trips and excursions through Outside Palmetto Bluff.
• Access to the Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club, where your Property Manager/personal Concierge can reserve tennis courts or pickleball courts on your behalf. You also have the option of playing croquet, basketball and bocce ball.
• Access to fine dining restaurants, Canoe Club, Cole's, River House, and Octagon.
• Access to any on-property food trucks.
• Access to casual dining at Buffalo's, and Canteen Restaurants, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Access to RT's Market, Melt Ice Cream Shop, Buzz Coffee Shop, Hush Speakeasy, Boundary Bottle Shop, and Paris Market.
• Complimentary nightly S’mores at the fire pits outside the River House.

Our guests do not have access to Montage Spa or Kids' Camps or May River Golf Grill. Nor do guests have access to the following:
• Golf Cart Rentals through Recreation
• Moreland Bowling Alley
• The Shooting Club

As your Personal Concierge, we are happy to assist in booking tennis and pickleball courts, dining reservations at Canoe Club and Cole’s Restaurants (may be made no more than 30 days in advance) provide information on third-party bicycle and golf cart rentals, private chefs, private yoga instructor, private masseuse, livery service, grocery delivery, local tours and experiences, and our favorite bars and restaurants in Bluffton, Hilton Head, and the surrounding areas.

Located in the lovely West Wilson neighborhood of Palmetto Bluff, this home offers the perfect experience for families. Featuring a fenced in yard, fire pit, and screened in porch, take advantage of the beautiful Lowcountry landscape and enjoy everything this home has to offer. Just a quick walk to all of the restaurants and amenities in Wilson Village, and located just across the street from the tennis and basketball courts and RT's Market. The value and convenience of this home is unmatched!

This home comfortably sleeps 8, and boasts dual master bedrooms on the first floor. Each master is equipped with a King bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. One features a queen bed and en-suite bath with shower, and the other has two twin beds, a crib, and an en-suite bathroom with shower as well.

The open-concept living area offers gorgeous exposed-wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and attached butler's pantry and wet bar. There is a large dining area featuring a beautiful wood table with seating for 8, as well as 3 additional barstools at the kitchen bar. The kitchen opens up to a spacious living room, where your family can cozy up next to the gas fireplace, or watch the big game on TV.

The large screened-in porch also offers incredible entertaining space, complete with a gas grill and seating for 10, as well as a built-in SONOS soundsystem. Another grill is located off of the back porch, which opens up into a large, fenced in yard, and just beyond the fence is a firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs - perfect for having a drink and making some s'mores!
