About our cottage:

Packed with Southern Charm and all the features you need for a great stay in Palmetto Bluff. As a guest, you will have access to the scenery and a wide variety of open to the public venues that the neighborhood has to offer. Our home is located steps away from the Village green space on the May River which features the chapel, pier, bocce courts, and swings. In addition to this, you may choose to contact Outside Palmetto Bluff for outings on the river or waterway, bike rentals, kayaks, and paddleboards. There is also an option for access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Club amenities with he exception of golf. We share more details below and can send you a document as well.

Our Palmetto Bluff home is set up to be easy to use for a family, a multi-generational visit, or a group of friends. There are two bedrooms with king-size beds on the first floor each has a private bath and direct access to the rear screen porch.

The first floor also features a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, half bath, and a great room with a gas log fireplace. This area serves as the primary living and dining space.

The rear screen porch is set up with a seating area and a dining table. The Front porch has a seating area, bistro table, and swing-style daybed.

Just off our kitchen, there is a side door that leads to a grill area that has a natural gas Weber genesis grill.

The second floor features a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a bunk room with 4 twin beds, 1 full (shared) bath that has a separate tub and shower. There is also a small sitting room with doors that can be a great little getaway space, office set up, or a place for kids, this is a perfect spot for a pack-n-play for any little ones that need a place to rest.

Please note that while our cottage does sleep up to 10 people our rates are based on an 8-person occupancy. Additional guest fees apply for guests beyond the initial 8 people. The club is also limiting rental guest amenity access to 8 people per rental house.

For guests that are not members of Palmetto Bluff, South Street Partners has adopted policies for rental guest amenity access. Amenity access is optional. If choosing amenity access, there will be a $25/night administration fee that will be invoiced to guests through VRBO. For a fee of $25/day per person, amenity access will be available to some pools, fitness center, and an option for limited reservations to restaurants on property. The fee for the pool and fitness is per day and per person for adults and children 6 and over. This fee is collected by the club upon arrival at the pool or fitness center for those who are using the facilities. Rental guest amenity access is not available during major holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
