Ground floor apartment of 50 m2 completely renovated. Wi Fi everywhere in the accommodation. A lounge both cozy and spacious, with a sofa bed for travelers and more. A bedroom with a 160cm bed, dresser and television with decoder. A large bathroom in Burgundy stone adjoining the room with walk-in shower, bath and towel dryer. A kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and home stock (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea ..). A laundry area - WC with washing machine and dryer. A courtyard terrace with garden furniture to drink a glass of Burgundy in the sun!

Access to the apartment is via a small courtyard overlooking the Rempart de la Comédie. You benefit from a terrace space to enjoy the sun on sunny days.
The apartment is located on the Remparts de Beaune. A bakery and a restaurant are a few meters away. And the city center with all the shops nearby. Quiet area, historic.
We are 5 minutes walk from the train station. The passengers can park in the neighborhood streets easily. Free parking at 150m.

This is a lovely apartment located in the “Old Town” part of Beaune. You could not ask for a better location, everything is within walking distance. The train station is about 5 to 7 minutes away.The apartment itself is very roomy.The bed is very comfortable.The hot water and water pressure are great. The hot water is provided with a demand hot water heater so running out is not going to be a problem.The washer and dryer work very well.Everything in the kitchen worked well, a bit limited but certainly manageable.The host Marine, responded to texts quickly. The check-in was very easyAs mentioned in a couple of reviews, the door lock can be bit tricky, but we were able to work it without any issues.It is important to note that the bathroom that is adjacent to the bedroom has a sink, a shower and a tub. But the toilet (and another sink) is on the other end in the apartment off the kitchen where the washing machine is. As I understand that this is not unusual in France and it was not a problem at all.We would certainly stay here again without any hesitation

Lovely accommodation in a perfect location

Spent three nights in this well appointed and ideally located accommodation in early June. Plenty of space and it felt like it had just recently been redecorated, everywhere was so fresh and clean.

Such a cozy home

This condo was a comfy place to stay in Beaune. It was an easy walk from the train station, and the whole town is easy to explore. The washer and dryer were such a great amenity. We got to clean all our clothes in the middle of ourvacation.

A fantastic apartment in Beaune

We loved our one week stay in this excellent apartment in Beaune. It was clean, spacious and well located to the centre of the old town of Beaune. You could also walk out the gate straight into the rampart walk. The washing machine was much appreciated as was the well equipped kitchen. Marine was an excellent host and was so responsive to any questions we had. Thank you Marine for a wonderful and memorable stay in Beaune!

Good location with restaurants, bars, shop within walking distance. Everything was clean. The lock was tricky but our host, Marine, had left a note to explain, which was fine. The TV appeared to have been moved into the bedroom but we did not watch it anyway! Nice to be given a free bottle of Cremante de Bourgogne.We really enjoyed a bike tour of the vineyards.

Superbly situated apartment, very comfortable for a couple and well equipped. Nicely decorated in modern idiom, efficient and throughly pleasant place to stay. We enjoyed our stay greatly and can recommend it fully. Parking just around the corner if necessary. Everywhere is in easy walking distance.

Quite spaceous for the price. Was perfect for my short stay of 2 days. Easy walking to everywhere in Beaune and the train station. Only negetives would be that outer gate is a bit tricky with the key and not the most private as the courtyard is shared.

Comfortable, modern 1 bedroom

Location was easy access to restaurants and wine shops, in the old city center. The apt. is modern inside with the luxury of having a washer & dryer. The host was very responsive. If you have a car to park, you have to be diligent about which spaces are free and which hours/days require payment.

Check in and understanding the front door lock was difficult. There were no instructions for the appliances if you did not speak French You could write your name in the dust on the dresser. Just generally needed a deep cleaning. Would The curtains were to the floor and covered the radiate heaters preventing the heat from dispersing It was cold so it would be nice addition if the curtains were shorter Would I stay here again probably. Very close to shopping and restaurants

Location is very good. It's adequate accommodation for 1 or 2 nights. There's no closet/hanging space and when staying longer (as we did) we essentially lived out of suitcases placed on the couch!Front door entry/lock to the apartment is a nightmare to operate! Very frustrating.Apartment could be problem for any with mobility concerns as there are a lot of unexpected step up/down situations from area to area.Lacked any information specific to the apartment "do's and don'ts" (e.g. where to dispose trash/recyclables?), or "how to" use TV, heating system, laundry, oven, etc.Listing should clarify that 1.5 bath means shower/tub/wash basin en suite and actual toilette in separate room off the kitchen (shared with laundry units).Not all travellers to this area will be French nationals and so, providing pertinent information in other languages would be helpful.

A lovely property. Several reasons for 4-stars because it should be a 5-star prpperty. 1. How to use the keys is very important. Exact directions needed like - open gate from street by placing key all the way into key hole - opposite when opening gate from inside - barely insert key into keyhole. Once you discover this, very simple. Until then, very frustrating, particularly when raining. Host needs to have clear despription of how to use and regulate hot water and heat which if very good, but only if you know how to use!!

We had a great stay at this VRBO in Beaune. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of town, just a 7-minute walk in one direction to the city center and about 7 minutes the other way to the train station, which made getting around very easy.The apartment itself was quiet, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer available, which was a big plus during our trip.Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Beaune—we’d definitely recommend it.

Très bien aménagé et fonctionnel, spacieux. Très bonne literie.Très bien situé, près des commerces et proche de la gare. A noter, la boulangerie juste à côté est définitivement fermée mais il y en a 2 autres à 5 mn à pied.Nous avons pu profiter de la cour partagée pour prendre notre petit déjeuner et souvent le dîner, les voisins sont très discrets.L'arrivée et le départ sont très faciles grâce à l'accès avec une boîte à clés.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Verblijf was prima. Mooi appartement, goede bedden, mooie badkamer. Enkele punten die voor verbetering vatbaar zijn: gordijnen zijn te smal, het gedeelde binnenplaatsje zag er ongezellig en niet fris uit: niet geveegd, onkruid in n pot, ramen vuil. Dat was jammer. En ook was er een lekkende kraan in de keuken. Desondanks prima plek om te vertoeven.

Bel appartement

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce joli logement à la décoration épurée. Il est calme, bien équipé, la literie est de qualité et confortable. Le seul petit bémol est que la terrasse est partagée, mais sans doute agréable aux beaux jours et quelques difficultés avec la clé pour ouvrir et fermer et le portail. Sa situation est parfaite pour les visites et balades dans Beaune et ses alentours. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.
