Stately and spacious, this home offers ample comfort for your next escape to the new gated community of Sanctuary Belize. Spend your days swimming in the Caribbean Sea or soaking in the sunshine at the community pool and beach club, and come home to enjoy the beautiful garden and prepare homemade meals in the expansive kitchen.

This home is located in Sanctuary Belize, a development just south of Hopkins that's secluded and tranquil. On the grounds, you'll find a pool, a bar and restaurant (open Thursday through Sunday), a gas station, and a mini-market. You can also easily go hiking or tubing at Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary, or book a charter boat to spend a day fishing, snorkeling, or scuba diving out on the gorgeous Caribbean waters.

Paradise!!

The property was beautiful, and the house was fully stocked. It was very convenient to have the little market so near the house. The only things that were not so great was no one ever mentioned you must absolutely have a car. Because when we arrived 5:30 at night after a long day of travel we had no food or water. Also the house was unbearably hot and the refrigerator was warm. Apparently Jeordy ( maintenance man) didn’t turn the AC on. I tried several times to contact him in regards to the refrigerator. No response! But overall had a wonderful time for 3 weeks at this paradise. Highly recommend it 😊

Absolutely amazing property.

Absolutely amazing property. Everything surpassed our expectations. Worth every penny spent on this stay. Also very interesting reads in the study upstairs.
