Superb apartment in the center of Valmorel resort

This 39mÂČ apartment in the building 'Le Morel', able to accommodate up to six people, is at the foot of the slopes and two steps (50 meters) from the pedestrian street of Bourg with its bars, restaurants and shops .

The departure of the Altispace chairlift is also 50 meters - in front of the apartment. For children, the club 'piou piou' is on the other side of the street behind the apartment. However the apartment is quiet. Located on the ground floor level there is only one neighboring studio on this level.

The apartment includes:
‱ Nice living room with 'BZ' sofa bed, fireplace, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD, mini HiFi. round wooden table with six chairs. Balcony west facing with views of the Altispace and the mountain.

Bon emplacement.

Appartement cosy, propre et bien équipé à proximité de toutes commodités cependant trÚs gros bémol non précisé sur l'annonce à savoir que le parking est payant (3h gratuite puis entre 2/3 euros de l'heure) les parkings alentours sont aussi payant. La seul parking gratuit est en contrebas de la station à 1.2km non accessible à pied car il fait marcher le long de la route. Il y a une navette gratuite qui vous remonte à la station et vous descendra pour récupérer votre véhicule... Un trÚs mauvais point qui n'a pas été précisé et qui peut gonfler le budget ou alors vous ne disposerez pas de votre véhicule en cas de nécessité ou si vous avez une urgence en pleine nuit. Nous aurions pu poser les questions à la propriétaire si elle nous avait contacté mais nous sommes restés sans réponse à nos mails et à nos appels et avons été contacté la veille de notre arrivée par une autre personne.. un manque de communication manifeste mais par chance pas de problÚme à signaler dans l'appartement. Aussi la cheminée n'est pas fonctionnelle avec des bûches mais fonctionne à l'éthanol ça aussi non précisé et trÚs dommage quand vous sélectionnez cheminée dans les critÚres de recherche. Le lit dépliant du salon est à ressort donc il grince et il trÚs bruyant. Et pour finir pour ce qui est de l'insonorisation on repassera.

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour, l’appartement est Ă©quipĂ© comme il se doit, spacieux et avec une terrasse. Un emplacement idĂ©al aux pieds de l’altipasse, plein centre du bourg, restaurants, bars, boulangeries, Ă©piceries, location de matĂ©riel et je recommande sport 2000 et le restaurant le petit prince et juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© pour boire un verre le midi et le soir le jimbo lolo avec les balançoires. Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables et Ă  l’écoute. Je recommande!

L’appartement est trĂšs bien, en bon Ă©tat, Ă  proximitĂ© du bourg. De ce cĂŽtĂ© rien Ă  dire. En revanche, la communication a Ă©tĂ© compliquĂ©e 
 Tout a commencĂ© avec le fait que nous devions payer 15€ pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s aprĂšs 19:00 sans que cela soit stipulĂ© dans l’annonce. Ensuite, nous n’avons jamais eu l’adresse de l’appartement. Il a fallu qu’on le cherche mais en vain (forcĂ©ment parmi une cinquantaine d’appartements c’est compliquĂ© !) pour ensuite avoir enfin la propriĂ©taire au tĂ©lĂ©phone (qui a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs gentille). Une fois rentrĂ©s dans l’appartement, il n’y avait pas le courant, le frigo Ă©tait dĂ©branchĂ©, la poubelle de la salle de bain non vidĂ©e des prĂ©cĂ©dents locataires et le mĂ©nage laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer 
 il restait des jeux d’enfants un peu partout dans l’appartement (playmobil, billes, fraises tagada, 
). Et ensuite aucune instruction pour remettre les clĂ©s Ă  la fin de notre sĂ©jour. En bref lappart est trĂšs bien, trĂšs agrĂ©able mais la communication est Ă  revoir absolument.

coronavirus

bel appartement. trĂšs bien situĂ©. problĂšme pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s (il faut attendre le propriĂ©taire de la boutique) et pour les redĂ©poser (remis dans la boite au lettre du magasin fermĂ©). la personne qui nous a remis les clĂ©s ne connaissait pas l'emplacement de l'appartement. elle ne connaissait que le nom de l'immeuble. aucune information sur le local a ski qui se trouve dans un autre immeuble. suite a un dĂ©part prĂ©maturĂ© du au covid19 nous n'avons reçu aucune offre commercial de la part du bailleur. je trouve ceci incorrecte. j’espĂšre que vous allez faire le nĂ©cessaire au prĂ©s des bailleurs nous sommes arrivĂ© le 14/03 et repartis le 17/03 nous n'avons pas eu le temps d’apprĂ©cier nos vacances

Top ski au pied en face du tĂ©lĂ©siĂšge l'altispace,et acces direct au bourg,vous sortez de l'appartement vous descendez 8 marches et vous ĂȘtes ds le bourg. ,idem pour le parking mĂȘme si il n'est pas sous terrain il est au pied de l'appartement !!
