Its the first floor in a three floor familiar house with Independence entrance. Three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Kitchen and private parking. Very good quality. The house is very close to 21 de mayo viewer, close to the Santiago Wanderers Stadium, diferente beaches, and places where you can go to take a coffee, buy some grocery, drinks, etc. The house is located in one of the most secured and nicest places in Valparaíso.
