Why they chose this property
Had an opportunity to buy this apartment that sits on a quiet cut-de-sac street after I sold a property I owned in Columbus. Westwood is a historical neighborhood and has many new developments planned and in process not too far from the building.
What makes this property unique
The building was built in the 1950's and was built solid! I loved the structural aspect and the value add opportunity it has provided me. We have renovated 3/4 of the units since taking over in February 2019.
