FACING THE SEA LUXURY APARTMENT, FREE WIFI, PRIVATE PARKING

Located in one of the most beautiful gulfs of Corsica, between Ajaccio and Bonifacio, this superb luxury apartment of 70 m² in a recent, fully secure residence, is located about twenty meters from the beach as well as a bakery and pastry shop. Close to the city center and the ports (you can therefore leave your car in the garage) it consists of: a fully equipped kitchen open to a living room with lounge and dining area, two large bedrooms with 160 cm beds, a cot and a baby high chair can be provided free of charge depending on availability, a shower room, a laundry room, 2 toilets, a 15 m² furnished terrace on which you can have lunch or have an aperitif in admiring the sunset over the Gulf of Valinco. It also has air conditioning in the main rooms (living room and bedrooms), free parking, a small parasol for the beach.

The household linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels and not beach towels) is provided for the 1st week, for any additional request a flat rate of 50 € will be requested per room. The rental of the apartment by 2 people, will generate a supplement of 50 € for the 2nd bedroom to be paid on site.

Arrivals are from 1 p.m. on Saturdays and 5 p.m. on other days; departures take place no later than 10 a.m. in the morning.

Optional end of stay cleaning €60. A deposit of 1000 euros (not cashed) is to be given directly on site when the keys are handed over. It will be returned to you if the inventory at the end of your stay corresponds to that carried out at the start of your stay.
