Welcome to "The Garage", by NewPrice Properties, located in Yampa, Colorado. A unique property converted from a 6-car garage to a Beautiful, 3- Bedroom, 2 Bath Home. Our home is located in Yampa, the Gateway to the Flat Tops! Our home sits on just over a 1/2 acre and you are within minutes of the best Hunting, Fishing, Skiing, Snowmobiling and Hiking in Colorado. Outdoor enthusiast can enjoy mountain views filled with wildflowers, Hiking The Devil's Causeway or Fishing Big Stillwater Lake.
A short drive over to Lucky 8 Ranch for a Bison Adventure Tour, Guided ATV and Snowmobile Tours, Group Hayrides and Horseback Trail rides. Stagecoach Reservoir is a quick drive away where you can fish, rent a boat, paddleboard, kayak or just hang out at the beach. And, head north to Steamboat Springs for excellent skiing, fishing, shopping, dining and their famous Strawberry Park.
Our home will sleep 8-10 people comfortably. All three bedrooms offer queen beds with one having a full trundle. You'll find a full size futon upstairs in the sitting are and a twin day bed with twin trundle under the steps. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen, Dining table for 6 and our Living room is open with lots of natural light. We have two full bathrooms with a washer/dryer located upstairs. Please enjoy free wifi, the four smart TVs with cable and access to your own Netflix, Hulu or Amazon accounts.

The revamped garage really is a great place to stay. The 3 bedrooms and pet friendliness make travel planning easy, and the large, fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep for a group easy. The hosts are also very communicative, the place is kept very clean, and one of these days I'm going to come back during a season where I can rltest out that lovely fire pit!

Property was as described. Very nice lot and cabin. Very clean and well organized. Lots of room in both the cabin and on the property for a large family/group. Driveway allows for ample parking if there are multiple vehicles, which we had. All essentials are provided, which is greatly appreciated. Large patio and fire pit areas are awesome. We used the fire pit every night for our family gathering. Quiet location. Being in proximity to Hwy 131, I thought road noise at night may be an issue, but it wasn’t. Great proximity to the Flat Tops; a reasonable drive to Steamboat Springs. Owners are very responsive and accommodating, providing quick answers to questions.

This is our third time staying on this property. Obviously it is a great destination for us. Easy access to the flat top fishing area. Nice home with everything that one needs for a good stay. We especially appreciate the fenced yard for our pup. Highly recommend this property if you are going to the yampa area.

We are all from Denver and we all love camping, fishing and spending time outdoors. We love our cabin and the Yampa area and feel blessed to get to share it all with our guests!

Why they chose this property

We chose this area because Brad and Ginger grew up visiting their grandparents who lived in Yampa. They still have extended family in town and they both love the area.
This particular property had been for sale for a few years and was on Brad's radar from day one. The timing was right in 2019 and Brad's dream of owning this property was finally going to become a reality!

Our property is unique because it was a 6-car garage the was converted to a 3 bedroom 2 bath home!
