Cozy unit located on a great spot close to everything the island has to offer.

A comfortable 1 bed / 1 bath ground floor condo, conveniently located. The free beach access point is a short walk (approx 10 minutes) past Resident's Beach main entrance, across the street and only a 5 minute drive to Tigertail Beach or to Marco Island South Beach access point. You will be able to walk or bike to nearby shops and restaurants.

Unit is fully furnished / tastefully decorated, including a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV with free WI-FI. Queen size bed in the bedroom plus a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room area. Bedroom has a wall mounted 42 inch Smart TV.Fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker, Air Fryer, Slow cooker, brand new over the range microwave & dishwasher. Screened Lanai area where you can relax and unwind.

Community heated pool and shuffleboard courts.

Laundry available across the hallway.

Locker is available for the unit with beach essentials, such as beach chairs, and a rolling cart to carry your things to the beach.

Once you get a taste of this cozy unit situated within a tranquil community, I am confident you will find yourself wanting to come back over and over again.

Beautiful Marco Island

We just left Ana’s condo this morning and I’m missing Marco Island already! The location was perfect for eating out, taking walks, going to beautiful Tigertail Beach, and shopping. The condo is small but very cute and well equipped. Ana was a very attentive owner and responded right away anytime we messaged her. The condos (Island Manor) are beautifully landscaped with lots of blooming plants. The pool is lovely and all the neighbors very friendly. There was even a great party on St. Patrick’s Day with a live band. We had so much fun!

Cozy condo across from Crescent Beach

We were the first guests to stay at this condo and it was cozy with great decor/style and the bed was very comfortable. It was convenient to walk to the beach, the beach, the beach and also to some stores & restaurants. It also has a nice pool area, but we did not use it. It is a very safe and friendly complex. Being the first guests, the condo was in need of a deeper cleaning after remodeling before it became a rental. That being said, all other aspects of this rental were good and we would rent it again.
