A veranda exposed to the east, joining the other wing of the house.
Another wing composed of 3 "studios" each comprising:
upstairs one bedroom (double bed)
on the ground floor an office with sofa bed "BZ" 2 places. (one of the studios has no BZ downstairs)
bathroom with sink, bath / shower and WC.
Outside: An 11m / 5m swimming pool Doubly protected by floating shutters and barrier to standards and heated.

Ideal house for stay with family or friends. Very comfortable for 12 people but can accommodate 18 people using the BZ ..
