Modern studio in Arcachon - Welkeys

Located near the beach, this charming studio can accommodate up to 2 people. This location allows you to have a break and enjoy the sea breeze.

This luminous housing on the ground floor consists of a living space of 30sq. with east exposure. The studio includes :
-a sofa bed (brand new since january 2023)
-a well-equipped kitchen corner (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, hot plates, fridge)
-a bathroom with a bathtub
-TV and Wi-Fi
-vacuum cleaner, washing machine, households products and hair-dryer are also provided
-a wardrobe
-parking
-a terrace

Please note: Painting work will take place in the corridor of the building from September 4.

→ A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

Please do respect the neighborhood and avoid noise pollution after 10PM.

## Neighborhood

You will be in the heart of a residential area, near the beach (Pereire). The accommodation is close to transports and a supermarket: you won’t miss anything.
You should visit the Dune of Pilat (20 min away by car), and visit the cabins built on Piles.

The apartment is close to bus stations (L1)
From Arcachon train station → about 25 min walk away or 7 minutes away by car
From the airport (Bordeaux)→ 55 minutes away by car or 2h away by transports from the accommodation

Appartement pas très bien entretenu. Pas de télécommande ni de bouchon pour la baignoire. Canapé clic clac pour dormir. Tout cela pour 1700 euros la quinzaine. C'est un peu cher. La prochaine fois, j'irai chez un particulier.

Nice flat near the beach

You get what you see. The flat is a one room appartement with a convertible sofa. You get exactly the two towels - nothing more. The kitchen is good equipped and the little garden is nice. What we did not like was the very loud ventilation that could not be switched of. The sofa bed was comfortable but quit wobbly. But we slept good. For the price all in all it was ok
