In the heart of the Chartreuse massif, Saint Pierre de Chartreuse is a mid-mountain ski resort (900 m altitude) rich in activities both winter and summer. In a residence in the heart of the village, enjoy the tranquility of a duplex apartment with a terrace facing the forest. Ideal for skiing (alpine or cross-country) or exploring the Chartreuse massif. Many summer activities are available: bike park, swimming pool, mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, etc.

A 35 m² two-bedroom duplex flat with a mezzanine.
- On the ground floor: an entrance hall with three fold-away beds, a living room with a kitchenette and a two-seater sofa bed, and a bathroom with a bath and toilet.
- On the open-plan mezzanine (access via a ladder): a bedroom with a 140 cm bed

Provided amenities:
- In the kitchen: electric hotplate (2 burners), separate electric oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker.
- On the terrace: table and chairs (for 4 people) and 2 deck chairs.

The terrace overlooks pine trees, offering privacy with no overlooking neighbors.

The apartment is in the town center.

Two minutes from the bus stop.
All shops are close to the apartment: bakery, butcher, cheese shop, etc.

Appartement très agréable à vivre, confortable et bien aménagé. Endroit particulièrement pratique sans avoir à utiliser la voiture. Tout est près : boulangerie, superette, pharmacie, restaurants, autocar et surtout plein de belles promenades/randonnées dans la montagne. Emplacement calme en principe mais pour nous (mars 26) il y avait des travaux de réfection du toit…Autre bémol : procédure de réservation un peu complexe, car traitée par une conciergerie qui utilise elle-même une application ; donc trois mails différents à surveiller. Mais le jeu en vaut la chandelle et « Christophe » est arrangeant et très réactif par SMS.

Le logement n'est pas très propre.Dans la salle de bain les meubles sont degradés par l'eau.Les equipements sont minimalistes, il serait appréciable d'avoir une TV et un micro onde.Il serait vraiment bien également de stipuler plus clairement que l'escalier pour accéder à la mezzanine est vraiment dangereux et pas adapté à tous !
