VAL D'ISERE CENTRE superb apartment for 6 people 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms on the edge of the snow front
EXCLUSIVE RENTAL FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY
Recently renovated this very nice 73 m² apartment, very cozy, is 50 m from the snow front. It is located in the village of Val d'Isère, on the edge of the snow front and not overlooked. The slopes and the ski lifts are 50 m away. The main street and shops are 200 m away (the bus station is 200 m.). From the living room of the apartment, facing South, the view is magnificent on the Face of Bellevarde (the Olympic descent) and from the balcony of the rooms, facing East, we discover Solaise and the view extends to Iseran . Completely renovated the apartment is very comfortable and very nicely furnished and decorated. Each bedroom has its bathroom (including 1 bedroom en suite with bathroom-wc and television).
It consists of: 2 bedrooms with double bed (one 160X200 the other 140X190) window and French window lead onto a balcony and 1 small bedroom, with window, composed of 2 bunk beds,
The apartment therefore has 2 bathrooms (one with WC), 1 shower room with WC and 1 separate WC
In the entrance, a cupboard with shoe warmers also allows you to store gloves and wet hats.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, extractor, Nespresso, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. The dishes and glasses are of good quality and in sufficient number. The bedrooms and living room have parquet floors, the entrance hall, the bathrooms and the kitchen are tiled. Internet by WIFI, TNT television, DVD player, radio.
Skis are to be stored in the ski locker of the apartment (locked) in the entrance of the building.
In order to avoid heavy traffic on Saturdays, we opted to rent the apartment from Sunday to Sunday.
Cleaning is done on arrival, beds are made and towels (2 per person) are left in the rooms.
All charges (water, electricity, heating, exit cleaning, taxes, booking fees) are included in the advertised rate.
1000 EUROS DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE ENTRY OF THE PREMISES
IT WILL NOT BE CASHED BUT RETURNED ON EXIT IN CASE OF NON-DAMAGE.
