About this property

Beautiful lake house on Tims Ford Lake in the highly desired Highland Ridge neighborhood. The home is perfectly situated between two marinas (Tims Ford Marina and Holiday Marina) on the Lake. Each Marina has a restaurant available...Tims Ford has the Hard Dock Cafe and Holiday has the Bluegill Grill. The home has many upgrades and is the perfect set up for multiple families and especially lots of kids. Large master suite on the main floor with ensuite bathroom. The big bunk room (features custom bunk beds to sleep 8) with an ensuite bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms on that bottom floor that share a full bathroom. There is parking for 5 cars including a 2 car garage. The outdoor living space is so relaxing with a dining table and hanging porch swing. Amazing dock with a slide and diving board!

Fantastic lake house

The entire experience couldn’t have been easier or more enjoyable. Two families with seven kids from 3-20 spent thanksgiving here and were very glad we did! The house was clean and spacious. We had plenty room to spread out and relax. The owners were great and communicated things very clearly. You can tell they love the property themselves. Would definitely go back!

Getaway Weekend

Beautiful house overlooking the water! From booking to checkout our stay was just as advertised. The host was very informative and helpful in every way. The setup is great for a big group as we had 16 adults on a golf trip getaway. Would definitely recommend or stay again if was in the area!

Lake fun!

We had a great stay celebrating my daughter’s 13th birthday. It was wonderful to have the space for all the girls to have their own beds and space downstairs. They enjoyed the lake and all the lake toys!! I heard a few say this was the most fun they had ever had!! We had everything we needed. Owner was so great to work with very easy and so responsive with any questions. Highly recommend!

Our family has loved this lake house from day 1. We have been blessed to spend countless hours with friends and family over the years. We would now like to share this blessing with others as our boys have gotten older and we are using it less. Check it out!!

Why they chose this property

We have had a group or two that have been a little excessive with the late night noise. We have had this house since 2013 and have a great relationship with our neighbors, who are also friends now. We are just letting all my renters know that there is a implicit noise ordinance at 10 pm. This is not the house for parties. We are just trying to cover our bases with all our future rentals. Our relationship with our neighbors is more important than the money. We appreciate your understanding.
