Fully furnished, a complete kitchen with Laundry Room, BBQ, Internet for streaming on 6 Smart TV's. 2 miles east of the Colorado River, 2.7 miles to Laughlin Casinos. Quiet complex with a great sunset view. Dollar General within walking distance. The main renter must be at least 30 years old, thanks.

Mn midwinter long get away

Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Close to alot of places to explore. Then ad in the entertainment options from laughlin nevada. Another plus the price of meat if you like to grill.(retired meat cutter). We had a great long . If we come this way again it will be our first choice.

Amazing vacation

Wow, we had such a great family vacation here. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had friendly decor felt like home, A/C was excellent especially considering it was 120degrees. location was great, super close to Katherine landing at the lake and all the casinos across the river. Did not feel like you were in a condo at all, more like a private residence, very quiet and lots of parking. Dollar general was walking distance and stocked well. Ice machine was also a huge bonus for loading the coolers for the hot weather.

Very comfortable and spacious

The property was well stocked and very comfortable. I had to change dates because of a death in the family and the owner was very accommodating. I had family coming in at various times and had to travel for work. It was a quick drive to the airport in Las Vegas. I had to do trainings during my stay and the internet worked well.

Very nice quiet condo

This condo was very nicely decorated in a quiet location. There were lots of nice amenities. All rooms had large smart TV’s. The rooms were large and spacious.

Clean & Quiet!!

Pete was very quick to respond with any questions I had. The Condo was very clean and Very Quiet. I loved how all the seasoning and spices were still left from previous guests, saved us $$ and having to have room in our suitcase. Having shampoo, body wash and a hair dryer was also a nice touch!! Flying is horrible when it comes to bringing stuff like that with you, so thank you!!

Beautiful and Comfortable

We travel at least 3 times a year and this is by far the best condo/townhouse we have rented. It is comfortable, clean, visually pleasing and spacious! The property manager is very responsive. All of the basics are provided. The online tour and pictures do not do it justice!

We are river rats and store 2 boats here. It's close to everything we like to do so its perfect for us. There is plenty of outside boat or toy parking.

What makes this property unique

It's just a nice clean condo to stay in while you enjoy a vacation or business trip. The complex is super quiet as well as the neighborhood. And NOW the casino's are back open with NO restrictions!
