Accommodation
Located on the first floor (2 small steps), in a luxury residence, the 50 m² apartment is composed as follows:

- A bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, fridge, Senseo and electric coffee makers) and TV lounge area. Reversible hot/cold air conditioning. WiFi throughout the apartment.

- A 20 m² covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sea view.

- Master bedroom with double bed (160cm) and TV (access to terrace).

- A 2nd bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a bunk bed.

- Bathroom with vanity unit and walk-in shower + separate WC. Washing machine.

Surroundings
Nearby beaches, the nearest 5 min. walk. Others 10-15 min away on foot (5 min by car).
2 min drive from Porticcio, 30 min from Ajaccio and airport.
