Welcome to DIAMOND BAY TERRACE is a superb apartment. It is crossing and air conditioned with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has an ideal location in hyper center, 3 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and beaches. You will be in the heart of city life Nice. The apartment has a beautiful spacious terrace where you can have lunch or sunbathe. You can also enjoy the balcony which overlooks the private garden of the building by having a glass of rosé while listening to the birds.
The apartment has a modern decoration. The marble effect tiled floors, lacquered furniture and glass elements add sparkle to the apartment. They shine like facets of a diamond for a prestigious touch.You will appreciate the high-end furniture and elegant fabrics used like velvet and linen.
The building is secured and has its own receptionist.
All beds have soft mattresses of very high quality and 30 centimeters thick. They will be your ideal companions for rejuvenating nights after hours of visiting Nice's streets.
Thanks to the 2 smart TVs (in the living room and in one of the bedrooms) you will be able to access your Netflix account besides the hundreds of channels available.
The apartment is on the 5th floor, accessible by lift.
It benefits from free fiber optic WiFi connection and air conditioning throughout the apartment.
DIAMOND BAY TERRACE is ideally located in the city center in the heart of the Carré D'Or.
All the must-see places in the city are less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment:
- The Promenade des Anglais and its beaches
- The pedestrian zone with all its restaurants, coffee shops and stores.
- The avenue of shopping: Jean Médecin
- The "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city)
- Old Nice and its local specialties (spices, soaps, perfumes, confectionery ...)
You will also be within walking distance of a tram stop that will allow you to visit the entire city easily.
The city offers many Blue Bike points, allowing you to easily drive into the city center.
The train station is a few minutes walk away.
Nice airport is only 15min drive away.
DIAMOND BAY TERRACE is arranged as follows:
LIVING-ROOM :
It has a plush sofa, a smart TV, a coffee table, an armchair, a footstool, a beautiful glass dining table and 4 chairs.
The living room is air-conditioned and opens onto the terrace.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, induction hob and toaster.
The kitchen opens to a balcony.
BEDROOM 1:
It includes two single beds of 90cm with soft mattresses thick of 30cm of high quality. Both beds can be configured as a KING SIZE bed.
The bedroom also has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a smart TV and a bedside table. The room overlooks the terrace is air conditioned.
BATHROOM 1
The bathroom has a sink, a shower, a heated towel rail, hanging toilets and a hairdryer.
BEDROOM 2:
It includes a QUEEN SIZE bed with a 30 cm thick soft mattress of high quality, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a safe and a TV. The room overlooks the balcony and is air conditioned.
BATHROOM 2:
The bathroom has a sink, a bathtub with shower, a bidet, a heated towel rail, hanging toilets and a hairdryer.
TERRACE:
It has a dining table and 4 chairs and a summer lounge with two garden chairs and a coffee table.
BALCONY:
It has two sun loungers.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

The « boutique » Conciergerie located in the center of Nice will be present to assist you throughtout your whole stay.

This apartment is located between beach and train station, close to many eating options some blocks away from key retrieval and return. We enjoyed our week there and would return again!
The apartment was spacious, clean, and well appointed. We enjoyed having two balconies, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen with everything we needed, including a washing machine. The location was perfect - close to excellent restaurants, the beach, shopping, and our language school.
Clean, well stocked kitchen. Perfect base in Nice. There is a public parking garage in the basement of the building.

Well equipped apartment in a prime location
Very well equipped apartment with large terrace in a prime location. Organization by N&J was excellent as always. An extra point goes to their service quality because they took care of a small problem with the heating immediately and solved it. Will certainly come back.

Un excellent séjour de 2 semaines
Nous avons adoré notre appartement ! Une magnifique pièce à vivre avec beaucoup de lumière (traversant), un "espace nuit" (2 chambres, 2 salles de bains) séparé de la pièce principale, 2 terrasses (exposition sud-est et sud-ouest), énormément d'armoires de rangement.
Il y a également tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et être heureux. La décoration est également de très bon goût. Tout est beau et confortable.
Nous avons aussi énormément apprécié les commerces, bars et restaurants à 2 mn à pied, et la mer à 5 mn. Bref, un emplacement idéal dans une très belle résidence.
Le contact avec la conciergerie a été parfait (l'application est vraiment pratique. Très réactif lorsque nous avons signalé un petit problème technique. Et le petit message à l'occasion de la St Patrick, avec une petite liste de bars a été très plaisant.
On reviendra l'année prochaine avec cette conciergerie !

Super appartement.
L’appartement en général, la terrasse, la localisation, etc
La propreté a l’arrivée. Ménage aurait pu être fait plus minutieusement. Tablettes de garde robes poussiéreuses, graines dan les tiroirs, cheveux et poils sur le plancher dans la salle de bain.

Localisation exceptionnelle - superbe sppartement
Appartement magnifiquement agencé et décoré avec goût. Très bien équipé. Rien ne manque pour le confort. Les lits sont de qualité. Deux terrasses permettent de profiter du soleil toute la journée. Immeuble tranquille et sécuritaire à deux pas des restos, de la Promenade des Anglais.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Nice
The Location was perfect, the interior lovely, the front terrace a delight, Nestor & Jeeves service was excellent and everything we needed was provided.
Better plug sockets (they were loose/coming away from wall. Car park fob difficult to use/took many attempts to work.
