"La Nord" is a beautiful new house located in a quiet street with garden and terrace only 200 meters from the beach !! At the foot of the south beach, in great calm, beautiful volumes with lots of clarity, this house, turning its back on its binoculars, is an ideal base for combining a most sought-after area and a small intimate corner. Ideally placed for access to beaches and surfing (150 m), the house is located 300 m from the central beach and the lively Place des Landais!
The house has:
- a large, spacious and bright living room with sofas, TV, dining area, all overlooking a large terrace and garden
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge
- a bedroom with double bed, storage
- a bathroom with bath, basin, separate WC
- two bedrooms upstairs with three single beds and a trundle bed,
- a second bathroom upstairs with bath, WC and basin.
- a closed garage to store your belongings.

The six guests can enjoy real volumes without promiscuity.

Blow of heart for this very pleasant house (beautiful volumes, very bright and well equipped). It is also ideally located: you will go to the beach and have a drink on foot. So rent without moderation !!

We loved the house La Nord. The location is perfect with short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. We were 6 friends renting the house and it was really good with three bedrooms, two toilets and a well equipped kitchen for cooking.
Throughout your stay, you will be put in contact with a company specializing in welcoming holidaymakers who is at your disposal for any advice or assistance.

House with garden 150 meters from the south beach of Hossegor and 400 meters from the famous Gravière surf spot.
