Renovated Ski In/Out Studio renovated at the base of Park City Resort. Steps away from the slopes. Accommodates 2 Adults and 2 Children (too tight for 4 adults) Includes access to shared hot tub & pool. 350 sq foot unit includes a kitchenette, full bath, murphy bed, convertible couch, and fireplace.

Our unit number is A226. The unit is located just above the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. If you are being dropped off in front where the buses go - walk directly up the steps to the left of the skating rink. You will use the building code to get in then go up the elevator to the second floor and then use unit code to access the condo. If you have a vehicle, park in the underground parking garage and parking passes will be in the unit for you to place in your car. Parking pass needed during ski season only.

Bedding for the pull out couch is stored in the couch when you pull it out. Bedding for the murphy bed is located in the storage under the couch.

Switch on the wall to the left of the fireplace turns the fireplace on- Please turn the fireplace off if you are going to leave.

There is a hot tub on the 2nd floor to the left of the elevator just down the hall from the condo. Code to access is same as the building access code. There is also an outdoor hot tub and a pool in next building over next to the gym.

There is no laundry in the unit but there is a community laundry available at the resort. It is located on the third floor of same building as the unit. Laundry soap and dryer sheets available from coin operated machine.

From stairs: turn right from unit and go up stairs on left. Turn right on third floor and walk to middle of building Guest Laundry is on left.

From elevator: Go to 3rd floor and turn right. Guest Laundry is first door on right. Use same building code: 226#4#682886

If you need to dispose of trash before you check out time you will need to use code 1842 to open the door which is located in the parking garage.

Our unit is not set up to receive US mail or package deliveries from UPS, FedEx etc.
