The Cocoonr agency offers you this lovely 67m² house for rent, located in Crépieux (commune of Rillieux-La-Pape) in the immediate vicinity of Caluire et Cuire and able to accommodate up to 4 travelers. This little cocoon is located in the grounds of the owners' house. It features a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and the little extra, a beautiful exterior to enjoy the sunny days. A restful setting, carefully decorated, a haven of peace on the outskirts of Lyon.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A living room with a sitting area, a desk, a comfortable double sofa that converts into a single sofa bed, a TV and Internet access.
- A fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, including electric kettle, toaster, hob, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge and freezer. You can enjoy your meals on a high table and bar chairs.
- In the kitchen area under the stairs, you'll find a washing machine and iron.
- A bay window gives direct access to the outside.

First floor:
- Stairs lead up to the first floor:
- Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (160x200), cupboard, closet, exposed beam, window overlooking the courtyard.
- Bedroom 2 with 1 raised single bed (90x190), with a porthole in place of a window, which can be obscured by a removable metal plate from the inside.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin, with storage drawer (hairdryer included).
- Separate WC
- A small closet space in the hallway.

For your comfort, air conditioning is present throughout the house.

Exterior :
- Terrace with garden furniture, dining table and barbecue, to enjoy the sunny days.

A cot and high chair are available on request when you make your reservation.

The apartment is ideally located in Crépieux, in the hills in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby. Just 10 minutes from Lyon or the Cité Internationale, come and enjoy an idyllic setting to reconcile rest, and visits to Lyon or business trips.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the courtyard of the owners' residence (access with a badge).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Bus line: C5 (peupliers stop)
- Nearest train station: Crépieux la Pape station about 5 min by car (2 km)
- Gare de la part-dieu: 30 minutes away by C5 and C2 buses, and the same time by car.
- Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport approx. 30/40 min by car (26 km)
